Note: You will need a set of popsicle molds for this, enough to hold about 24 oz of liquid

Ingredients

1 avocado, ripe
1 banana
1/2 cup spinach
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup coconut sugar or other alternative sweetener
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
In a blender (or large container if using an immersion blender) add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy. Note: if you find that the mixture is too think, you can add a little more milk until it is almost pourable. Don’t add too much though, or the texture of your fudgesicles won’t be as creamy
Divide the mixture evenly into your popsicle molds, and add your sticks. Place in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Pull out and enjoy as you’d like! To guard against freezer burn, you can either leave the fudgesicles in the mold, or remove them and wrap tightly with wax paper in a sealed plastic bag, allowing no air to touch them. Keep in the freezer for up to a month.
